3 Day Diet Analysis
No need for a 7 day food diary. Just an honest 3 day account of your consumption of when and what you eat. A conversation about alcohol consumption will also be discussed.

Food Plan

Four Week Food Plan

All the previous taken into consideration, but followed up with a 4 week food plan. The aim is to get you to create your own food plans for the future, but this will get you going.

Nutritional Tips 
 

1. Plan your day and prep your food.

2. Try to eat 5-7 pieces of differing colours of fruit and veg.

3. Supplement if you need too.

Personally, too many times I have not planned my day and end up coming home hungrier than expected. I have 2 children I need to work around as well. Time is precious. I'm busy, I then "crave" a quick fix. I reach for the biscuit barrel and boom, there goes the hard work I've done on my previous days run! It is hard, but by pre planning snacks, healthier choices and knowing when you need to eat will help more than you realise!
