The hour session will include a good work out, be it resistance or more cardio vascular, sometimes a mixture of the two!
No two sessions are the same!
Although half an hour may seem like a short session, the benefits of HIIT trainingout weigh that of endurance training. Goals dependant, if general fitness improvements are required then this would be
highly recommended!

Providing that the goals are the same then why not share the cost? With a friend there it is
surprising how much more motivation can be brought to the session.
